Sebastian Yeo

Hello! I'm Sebastian, a Computer Science student at the University of British Columbia with a deep interest in building impactful software. My journey is driven by a fascination with creating robust systems, from developing a physics engine in C++ to engineering machine learning models to solve real-world health problems. I thrive on challenges that blend analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.

I also served as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army, where I led a small team and safeguarded military intelligence by managing secure communication channels. This experience developed my leadership, discipline, and performance under pressure; skills I now apply to my technical pursuits, and has also piqued my interest in cybersecurity challenges with Maple Bacon.

I'm currently open to new opportunities and collaborations. Feel free to reach out if you have a project in mind, want to connect, or just want to say hi!
